Xero Set Up
This is where we help you set up Xero for your business. It saves you having to work it out yourself, working through the training videos and spending time when you could be generating income in your business.
We set up your Xero to meet your needs and we tailor it to your business and the information that you want to get our of your Xero.
If you are transitioning from another software, we make sure that we transfer all your closing balances and information from your previous software into Xero for you so that you don’t have to worry about whether it’s been done correctly.
Xero 1 to 1 Training
We provide individual training for you based on what your needs are and using your Xero that is set up for your business. Depending on how much you will be using Xero yourself and how much you want to be able to do in Xero, we tailor the training to your needs. Bookings are for a minimum of 2 hours and charged at £45 per hour plus VAT on a one-to-one basis, plus travel costs if applicable. Additional attendees will be charged at £10 per hour plus VAT.
Xero Bookkeeping Workshops
Once a month we hold a 5 hour workshop where we work with a very small group of attendees who want to learn how to use Xero to do the bookkeeping process from end to end. It is very informal and we work at their pace and aim to give them all they need to know to do their bookkeeping in Xero. We train business owners and other bookkeepers who haven’t used Xero before.
Xero Rescue Services
We completely understand that not everyone has the time or the inclination to get to grips with Xero and their bookkeeping and sometimes this means that their bookkeeping has got behind or isn’t being done in the right way. So this service is to help the business owner get their bookkeeping back on track in their Xero software. We are very used to problem solving, getting to grips with your books quickly and helping you catch up or just putting things right for you.
Xero Bookkeeping Services
If you are at the point in your business where you are ready to outsource your bookkeeping, we can also help you. One of our bookkeeping team will support you on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis to help you keep on the top of the finances in your business. All our bookkeepers are Xero certified advisers and you will have a dedicated bookkeeper to support you in your business as well as the back up of other members of the team at The Bookkeeping Department. We provide fixed fees and we are flexible so that we can adapt our service as your business changes or grows.

Xero Telephone Support
The email support which Xero provide is very good. However, if you prefer speaking to a person and want some on-going support and the peace of mind to be able to access telephone support to help you with any problems which arise, this package is for you. This is just £29 per month plus VAT for up to 12 hours of support during the year.
